Now that’s what I call efficiency.
September 1, 2009Last week we received our i797-c but, just like our i700 back in 2005, it contained a typo with Matt’s name. Who on Earth spells Matthew with just one “t”. It looks so weird as “Mathew” but according to USCIS, that’s how we should be spelling it. Anyway, last time to get it changed it took a bunch of calls, a form, and a couple of weeks. This time, the i797-c came with instructions for email. I emailed the address provided and told them of the mistake and asked what form we would have to fill out. This morning I get a response saying that there is no need for a form and that he had already fixed it in the system. WHOA! That’s what I call efficient. Now if only this whole process could be that easy.

I haven’t been by in a while, but I just want to say that I hope the rest of the pregnancy flies by and that the same goes for your adoption!
Hey Coley,
Yes I’m a bad sister for not writing for so long, and yes I love it here, and no I’m not pregnant yet. But I am curious how your pregnancy is going. You’re ready to pop any day huh? Hope everything is going well and that you feel good. I am so excited to see how things are coming along for our new nephew. Please send a picture! I do have my own e-mail now believe it or not, but I don’t have yours so I hope you read this comment. Please give your whole family our love! We miss you guys tons. Oh, and I’m really only half way a crappy sister because we haven’t made any phone calls yet. We have a foreign cell phone but we’re waiting until we get skype to call home. Love you guys, I’ll give you more updates when I get your e-mail.
